PURPOSE: To realize an optional control of the incoming regulation by providing the key controlling the permission and regulation of the incoming at the terminal unit and at the same time registering beforehand the outgoing telephone number performing the permission and regulation of the incoming.
CONSTITUTION: The incoming regulation telephone number or the incoming permission telephone number is memorized beforehand in local memory 2 of termianl unit 1 of the incoming receiver, and the incoming permission or regulation is controlled according to the state of key 3. Both the incoming and outgoing telephone numbers are detected by scanner 9 via office trunk 7 connected to the outgoing station and then stored once in main memory 11 by the control of central control unit 10. Then the information of key 3 of unit 1 is read in via terminal unit controller 12 to indicate permission. In this case, the incoming connection is given via call path 13. And in case key 3 indicates the regulation, the outgoing telephone number is sent to unit 1 to have a collation whether the telephone number is the regulation number of memory 2. And when the coincidence is obtained, unit 10 is made to carry out the incoming regulation control.
