Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inductance element designed to be of a thin type while reducing magnetic troubles.
SOLUTION: A drum core 12 has a coil 14 wound around its cylindrical portion and an upper and lower flanges 12A, 12B at its upper and lower ends. The lower flange 12B has a thicknesses TD of 0.6 mm while the upper flange 12A has a thickness TU of 0.3 mm. A pot core 18 with a closed bottom 18A covers the top of the drum core 12 already wound with the coil. The bottom 18A has the same thickness TB of 0.3 mm as the thickness TU of the upper flange 12A of the drum core 12.
