To provide an industrial vehicle capable of preventing wasteful power consumption even during the dumping operation of a bucket.
A wheel loader includes the bucket provided at the tip of a boom provided at a vehicle body tiltably by a tilting cylinder, the bucket being supported through a link mechanism and swingable within a vertical plane by a swinging cylinder 19, and hydraulic piping 22 supplying the swinging cylinder with an operating fluid. The hydraulic piping includes: a variable displacement hydraulic pump 21 including a discharge amount adjusting cylinder 27; a directional control valve 23 arranged downstream of the hydraulic pump to supply the swinging cylinder with the operating fluid; and a regulator device 28 having a discharge amount decrease operating part and a discharge amount increase operating part for controlling the discharge amount adjusting cylinder of the hydraulic pump. The discharge amount decrease operating part of the regulator device is supplied with pilot pressure for performing the dumping operation of the bucket.
