Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution method with which an optimal route to a desired POI can be easily searched by using an information terminal.
SOLUTION: When the guide information of a certain POI is requested from an external portable telephone 10A, in an information distribution computer system 60Ai, the guide information of the desired POI is accompanied with a link with the location information of the POI and a URL (80)e for routing request to an information distribution computer system 80 for optimal route information as link information and returned to the request source. When the link displayed together with the guide information of the POI is selected in the portable telephone 10A, routing conditions with a present location detected by a GPS receiving part 12 as a place of departure, the location information of the POI as a destination and a date/time counted by a clock part 18 as a scheduled date/time of departure are automatically set and routing is requested to the information distribution computer system 80 while being accompanied with the information of the routing conditions.
