Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the circulation of information representing the ownership of a right which has a monetary value such as a concert ticket, etc., and further to simplify the management after the information is received by the user by applying an information management device and an information portable device to a system which issues and manages concert tickets. SOLUTION: The information showing the ownership of the right is enciphered with codes peculiar to information portable devices 8 and 9 so that it can be provided off-line, and the enciphered information TC is provided by utilizing an off-line path at least once.
