Abstract:
To improve security in forming an image at a location on an envelope other than the body part.
An information processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: reception means which receives print data including area data showing an image formation possible area on at least one among one surface and the other surface of an envelope and image data of an image formed on the envelope; detection means which detects a folding area including an area of a flap itself and an area concealed by the flap when the flap is folded and closed; and determination means which determines an arrangement position of an image so that an image is formed on the folded area detected by the detection means.
