Abstract:
To provide a mechanism capable of setting whether or not a Superexec operator can be executed in an information processing device coming with a PS interpreter.SOLUTION: An information processing device which can communicate with an external device comprises receiving means, executing means, setting means, and determining means. The receiving means receives data described in PostScript from the external device. The executing means executes processing according to the statements described in the data received by the receiving means. The setting means makes prescribed settings on execution of the processing. When the receiving means receives the data in which the statements associated with the Superexec operator are described, the determining means determines whether the executing means executes the processing according to the statements according to the prescribed settings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
