To provide an information processing technique for analyzing point group data, which reduces calculation processing costs.SOLUTION: An information processor which is a device for analyzing point group data includes: an input section for inputting point group data; a high dimensional mapping section that high dimensionally maps the point group data using a plurality of Gaussian kernels to obtain a local feature vector of the point group data; an overall feature calculation section that applies max pooling to the local feature vector of the point group data to obtain an overall feature vector of the point group data; and an analysis section that analyzes the point group data by applying the overall feature vector to a neural network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
