Abstract:
To provide an information processing method and an information processing system for enabling an accurate response according to a case where an abnormal state occurs in a cared person.SOLUTION: An information processing method includes steps of: acquiring vital information of a cared person through a wearable terminal mounted on the cared person; issuing a report from the wearable terminal to a server computer when the vital information exceeds a threshold; calling the wearable terminal with which the server computer can exchange a telephone call when the report is received; storing a correspondence history with respect to the cared person in association with cared person identification information to identify the cared person when the cared person responds to the call; and notifying an emergency contact destination when there is no response.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
