Abstract:

To provide an information processing method which can recommend a product, a service or the like on the basis of appropriately acquired personal information.SOLUTION: The information processing method to be executed by a first server 10 includes a receiving step (S12) of receiving agreement information which is transmitted in response to a user agreeing that a second server 20 provides the first server 10 with personal information of the user held in the second server 20 and includes an ID for allowing the user to receive provision of a service from the second server 20, a requesting step (S13) of transmitting request information for requesting the second server 20 to provide personal information associated with the ID on the basis of the received agreement information, an acquiring step (S14) of acquiring the personal information from the second server 20 in response to transmission of the request information, and a suggesting step (S18) of transmitting recommendation information on the basis of the acquired personal information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
