PURPOSE: To obtain a working environment with high operability and high visibility by independently moving up and down plural peripheral parts provided on the bottom surface of a device case to tilt the case of the processor in plural directions.
CONSTITUTION: Leg parts 130-1 and 130-2 are fixed to the bottom face of a case 120 at the opposite face side to a user so that the case can be tilted. Then, at the time of horizontally using the device, the leg part 130-1 is in a standing state at the longitudinal side surrounding part of the bottom face of the case 120, and at the time of vertically using it, the leg part 130-2 is in the standing state at the lateral side surrounding part of the bottom face of the case 120. Those leg parts 130-1 and 130-2 can be taken in and out from the bottom face of the case 120, and the appropriate tilt can be applied to the case 120 at the time of vertically and horizontally using the case. Then, display information displayed on a display part 200 according to the direction of the tilt is switched so that the upper part of the display information can be displayed where the height of the tilt is high. Thus, a user can always look at the erect normal information.
