Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize an information processor to a size so as to carry it inside a pocket at all times by lightening the burden on a battery.
CONSTITUTION: Non-contact communication with an external information equipment 200 is performed by exchanging optical signals with the external information equipment 200 while using a light emitting element 13 and a light receiving element 13b. In the case of communication, power to be consumed at the optical elements 13 is supplied from the external information equipment 200 to an induction coil 203 with no contact by magnetic coupling between an induction coil 21 and the induction coil 203. Since a battery incorporated in a device 100 does not take the charge of the driving power of the optical elements 13, the battery can be lightened. Therefore, since the battery can be lightened, the shape of the main body part of the device can be easily miniaturized to a size so as to be carried at all times.
