Abstract:
To improve communication reliability for update programs.SOLUTION: An information terminal 10 is introduced at each facility 5 in a complex facility 2 in which the plurality of facilities 5 are gathered. The information terminal 10 is configured to communicate with a server system 4 via a control device 8 that controls communication of the information terminal 10. The information terminal 10 includes a communication unit and an update unit. The communication unit receives update information including an update program for updating software in its machine from the server system 4 via the control device 8. The update unit executes the update program to update the software.
