Title:
INK CARTRIDGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3723603
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the removal of the whole of stored ink upon crushing by providing a cavity having a predetermined filling form for storing ink in a main body and providing a wall panel capable of reducing the vol. of the cavity.
CONSTITUTION: An ink cartridge 10 has a main body 12 having two substantially same opposed upper and lower wall panel assemblies 14a, 14b. The panel assemblies 14a, 14b have relative large square planar panels 16a, 16b and these panels prescribe the upper and bottom surfaces of the cartridge 10. In a filling form being the max. vol, the panel assemblies 14a, 14b extend upwardly and downwardly from a frame 18 and have cavities for storing ink. A main body 12 can be crushed into an empty form and the panel assemblies 14a, 14b collide with each other and the frame 18 is flatly crushed within a prescribed plane.
