Abstract:
To provide an ink jet recording device which can shorten a recording time even if a high duty area large in ink impartation amount is included in an image recorded in the case of two-sided recording on a recording medium.
In the ink jet recording device which performs two-sided recording by reversing the recording medium, the image recorded to the high-duty area large in ink impartation amount is divided to two planes, a rear surface is recorded by reversing the recording medium after the recording of a first plane in which an ink amount of the ink impartation amount per unit area below a predetermined amount is imparted, and a second plane is recorded by reversing again.
