Abstract:
To provide an ink pan for a gravure printing press that prevents the occurrence of unevenness, omission, contamination, or the like.
The ink pan is provided for the gravure printing press which carries out the adhesion and supplying of an ink to a revolving photogravure plate cylinder. The ink pan is characterized in that a bank slightly lower than a liquid height of a liquid level of the ink is established in an ink pan side of an adhesion anterior side in a rotating direction of the plate cylinder, a supply device of the ink is arranged in a photogravure plate cylinder side from the bank, and a discharge device of the ink is arranged in an opposite side with the photogravure plate cylinder side from the bank.
