Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a recovery route for prevention of backward flow in order to prevent ink remained without completing recovery in the recovery route from running over from a gutter by flowing backward.
CONSTITUTION: Ink which jetted from a nozzle 5 and is not used for printing, is seized with a gutter 2 to be recovered by suction. Herein, a loop-like passage 1 is connected to a route of the gutter 2. While the ink remains in the recovery route when a recorder stop, the ink can be prevented from running over from the gutter thereby by such a simple structure as connecting the loop-like passage onto a secondary side of the gutter.
