Abstract:
To provide an inkjet printer and a double-sided printing method that allow double-sided printing to be performed using a simple constitution and with little workload, although a recording medium has a roll shape.SOLUTION: An inkjet printer includes: a conveyance part for conveying a medium 10 to a printing region 22; a delivery roller 30 for delivering the wound medium 10 to the printing region 22; and a take-up roller 32 for taking up the medium 10 printed in the printing region 22. The printing region 22 has a carry-in part 22A where the medium 10 delivered from the delivery roller 30 is carried in, and a carry-out part 22B provided on a downstream side in a conveyance direction of the medium 10 which has been carried in from the carry-in part 22A and whose surface has been printed. When a terminal part of the medium 10 whose surface has been printed and which has been taken up by the take-up roller 32, is carried into the printing region 22 from the carry-in part 22A and printing has been performed on a rear surface of the medium 10, the inkjet printer makes the delivery roller 30 take up the medium 10 carried out from the carry-out part 22B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
