Abstract:

To provide an inkjet recording method which makes an inkjet recording head have a good discharge stability and a good high-temperature discharge stability, and is also superior in terms of friction resistance, water resistance and bleeding resistance of formed images.

According to the inkjet recording method, a water ink containing a coloring agent, water, a water soluble organic solvent and a polymer is discharged from the inkjet recording head. A carboxylic acid content per 1 g of a solid content of the water ink is 0.02-5.0 mmol. Whether the inkjet recording head is inside of printing or outside of printing, meniscuses of nozzles not to drive are minutely vibrated by rectangular waves whose rise time T of a signal waveform is 0.01-1.0 AL [1AL (Acoustic Length) is 1/2 of an acoustic resonance period].
