Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an inner liner-decorative frame for a packaging box, whose decorative sheet adhered on the surface of an inner liner-frame base material can be peeled off from the base material.

CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet 2 is laid and adhered on the surface of an inner liner-frame base material 1 with an adhesive layer 3 and is free to be peeled off. The adhesive layer 3 consists of an adhesive and an anti-adhesive component. The adhesive is preferably of a heat-sensitive type, and fluoride resin, silicone or wax is preferably used as the anti-adhesive component. The preferable bonding strength between the inner liner-frame base material 1 and the decorative sheet 2 is in a range of 40-200g/20mm width. As for the decorative sheet 2, cloth, plastic film, synthetic paper, non-woven fabric or others can be used. Therefore, the decorative sheet 2 is peeled off from the inner liner-frame base material 1 after a packaging box is used, and can be reused for another purposes.
