Abstract:

To provide a phosphate group-containing inorganic-organic hybrid material having high proton conductivity under a low moisture condition.

A raw material mixture composed of a silicon alkoxide bearing a glycidoxyalkyl group, at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate and polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and a phosphoric acid is solidified to a phosphoric acid group-containing inorganic-organic hybrid material, by the sol-gel method, that has excellent proton conductivity even under lower moisture conditions than the conventional.
