Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the burdens of a main CPU and to accelerate processing ability by incorporating an exclusive signal processor inside an input processing card, automatically correcting inputted signals and supplying them to a main control part.
CONSTITUTION: The exclusive signal processor 24 inputs a processing amount from a transmitter 12 through an A/D converter 29 and a serial interface 25 from a switching circuit 7. In the meantime, the output for test changeover commands is performed from a changeover signal output means 28, processing signals are detached at the switching circuit 7, a reference signal generator 10 is controlled and changeover to the reference signals of 0% and 100% is performed. Input signals at this time are read through the A/D converter 29. A processing part 31 performs an active filter processing to the digital data of the reference signals and the processing signals, obtains the linear transformation coefficient of an input line and successively performs automatic correction. The processing is performed at a high speed for every cycle. Corrected data are transmitted through a serial transmission bus to the main CPU 1 of the main control part 6.
