To provide an insert molding method that can prevent deformation of bus bars during molding.
The molding die includes a space-maintaining projection 7 for maintaining a separation interval between a plurality of insert members at a preset interval or more, the projection being formed on an inner wall surface of the molding die opposite to a longitudinal both ends of the plurality of insert members and further includes a gate 8 for filling a resin therethrough into the molding die, the gate being formed on the inner wall surface of the molding die opposite to a side of the plurality of insert members in a width direction thereof, wherein the plurality of insert members are hollow-held in a molding die 5 such that the separation interval is allowed to change freely and to be more than the preset interval while sandwiching the projection 7 and wherein the resin is filled through the gate 8 into the gap between the plurality of insert members hollow-held such that the resin subsequently penetrates into an inner rim portion of the molding die 5 and the both ends of the plurality of insert members are is pressed against the projection 7 by resin pressure of the penetrating resin to form an insert molded product 1.
