Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve labor saving of the stretching operation of a belt length, miniaturization of a tailpiece truck, shortening of a construction period and reduction of the manufacturing cost of members, in a continuous belt conveyor system for continuously discharging excavation muck from a working face to the outside of the tunnel while extending the belt length according to the excavation of a tunnel.SOLUTION: A supporting member 9 for supporting the middle of an extended conveyor belt 4 comprises: a carrier roller 7 and a return roller 8 for supporting a carrier surface and a return surface of a conveyor belt 4; a pair of roller stands 96 for pivotally supporting both ends of the carrier roller 7 and the return roller 8; a knee brace main material 93 for raising the pair of roller stands 96; and a hinge 91 with a bracket 92 for pivoting the knee brace main material 93 to a segment T pivotably between a wall and the conveyor belt 4.
