PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for confirmation whether or not the installation situation of an antenna matches the installation conditions determined at the time of area design, without requiring any complicated operation.SOLUTION: Measurement results of the installation orientation and/or the installation angle of a base station antenna measured by a communication device attached to the base station antenna are transmitted to a server, along with the information for identifying the base station, via a communication line. Prestored area design information and the measurement results transmitted from the communication device are compared in a server, and the comparison results are transmitted to the communication device via a communication line.
