Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and economy by integrally forming a defroster grill corresponding to an opening of a front defroster at a pheriphery of a core material through a thin wall hinge in infection molding the core material.
SOLUTION: In injection molding a core material 12, a defroster grill 16 is provided which has a set form so that it can cover an opening 14 of a front defroster and which is formed integratedly with the core material 12 in a continous manner through a thin wall hinge 17 integrally formed with a front edge of the core material 12, wherein the core material 12 forms the opening 14 by use of a specified mold. At the defroster grill 16, an air blow-out port 18 capable of corresponding to the opening 14 and a locking claw 19 for locking the defroster grill 16 to the upper part of the opening 14 are formed. Accordingly, with the integration molding of the grill 16 and the air duct 15, productivity is improved remarkably.
