Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide comparatively high thermal conductivity without any loss of the electric insulation property and loss of strength of an insulation tape by providing a protective film consisting of textile thread and resin or lacquer.
CONSTITUTION: The warp 7a of glass textile is provided with a protective layer 10, and the thickness of the layer 10 is about the size of particle 9, that is, about 1μm to 10μm and more profitably from 3μm to 5μm. This layer 10 prevents any scratch caused by the glass textile consisting of fine fibers. This layer 10 is made of epoxy resin profitably made flexible and this epoxy resin is mutually soluble with impregnated resin and warp 7a and weft 7b and also fiber 11 can be nicely humidified. And a film 10 substantially surrounds the warp 7a of the textile and may not block mesh of textile. And the included quantity of mica is larger than 1 or at least equal to 1 by weight% in relation to filling agent. Thus, comparatively high thermal conductivity can be achieved without any loss of electric insulation property and strength.
