Abstract:
To prevent a reduction in display quality due to luminance unevenness caused by variation of drive current between filaments.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device pertaining to the present invention is equipped, as a drive channel for driving a filament, with a plurality of drive channels each outputting a filament drive voltage on the basis of a discrete control signal, the integrated circuit device including, for each drive channel, a plurality of output transistors for controlling the output of the drive voltage, each connected in parallel to the voltage source of the drive voltage, a drive voltage output terminal connected individually for each output transistor, and a detection transistor connected to the voltage source in parallel with the plurality of output transistors; and further including, for each drive channel, a control unit for exercising feedback control by adjusting the ON duty of the output transistors with regard to a current flowing in the filament connected to the drive voltage output terminal on the basis of the value of a current inputted via the detection transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
