PURPOSE: To improve the decorativeness and to prevent the continuous static electricity by providing a surface treated layer coated with a treatment agent obtained by mixing an acrylic or urethane resin with hectorite via binder on the surface of an olefin thermoplastic resin sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet 1 is a sheet of a polyethylene or polypropylene olefin thermoplastic resin, which is arbitrarily mixed with a small quantity of an antistatic agent, printed with a decorative pattern on the surface via a primer, formed with a squeezing pattern or provided with a surface treated layer 2 on the surface. The primer improves the adhesive properties, the decorativeness of ink in the case of printing the surface of the sheet. The sheet 1 is coated with a surface activated agent modified by EVA or chlorinated PE. The hectorite is mixed in the ratio of an arbitrary quantity such as, for example, 5 to 200 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic or urethane resin, in the composition of the layer 2. If it is less than 5 pts.wt. the surface resistance value does not become satisfactory, and if it exceeds 200 pts.wt., the layer 2 becomes brittle in scratching.
