Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a marble-laminated foamable resin plate which is not clouded even if a marble thin plate is polished with water.
CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a marble-laminated foamable resin plate comprises the steps of laminating a marble thin plate on an acid- curable foamable resin plate 1, polishing the marble thin plate 3 with water, and then drying the plate 3, wherein before the plate 3 is laminated, the plate 1 is covered with a water resistant sealer 2 containing a weak alkaline inorganic salt.
