To provide an interior material for an automobile capable of being deurethanized and deglassfibrized depending on the selection of fiber, superior in environmental property, capable of satisfying lightness, rigidity, acoustic absorption and formability at high balance.
A ceiling material 100 is constituted by including a core material 1 using pile fabric 10 having loop piles 11 in a standing state formed of a bundle of fibers, surface materials 2, 3 for reinforcement laminated and connected on and to the front surface side and the back surface side of the core material 1, a skin material 4 laminated and connected on and to the surface material 2 of the front surface side, and a back material 5 laminated and connected on and to the surface material 3 of the back surface side. A porous filling material 17 fills a space between the loop piles of the core material 1. The loop piles 11 firmly maintain standing states. The core material 1 can be constituted of two pieces of the pile fabric 10 laminated and connected on and to each other by making the loop piles 11 face each other.
