Raw material pulp of the base material layer 2 of becoming a hard pulp molding mold is mixed pulp of blending breached pulp of not including a binder component into an unbreached pulp of including the binder component and unbreached high beating pulp, and the total of a blending quantity of the pulp including the binder component exceeds 40 wt.%, so that the base material layer 2 superior in high rigidity and impact resistance is formed.
