Title:
INTERNAL GEAR MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3323432
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bearing ring from being deformed by arranging a pivot shaft so that an annular part related to an annular gear non-engagement area may radially move as much as possible with respect to the shaft line of a pinion, together with the annular gear non-engagement area itself, when the bearing ring performs a rotary motion.
SOLUTION: Pressure obtained between tooth shapes of a pinion 2 and an annular gear 3 which are engaged in applied along resultant force R and a tendency of enclosed contact between vertexes of teeth in an annular gear non-engagement area E is lost. A pivot shaft of a bearing ring 4 which is revolvable around a bore 15 is located closer to the side of the annular gear non- engagement area E than a line showing resultant force R. Because resultant force R is applied to the bearing ring 4 in the annular gear 3, revolution is generated around the pivot shaft, this angular moment generates revolution of the bearing ring 4 around the pivot shaft and the part of the bearing ring 4 related to the annular gear non-engagement area E moves in the radial direction of the shaft line of the pinion 2 and toward the shaft line of the pinion 2.
