To eliminate a danger of fire breakout even when a power supply for electric appliances is left unswitched or a gas at the main is left not turned off at visit outside, by providing a lock confirmation means such as an entrance door or the like and a power control means interrupting a power supply of an electric appliance plugged in a predetermined AC power socket and interrupting a solenoid valve for city gas or the like, to the interphone set.
A master set 2 of the interphone set is provided with a lock confirmation sensor 11 for an entrance door or the like and a power control circuit 12 interrupting a power supply for an electric appliance and interrupting a solenoid valve fitted to a city gas supply or a propane gas supply or the like. In the case of setting the automatic recording mode, at first the lock confirmation sensor 11 being turned on is awaited. When the lock confirmation sensor 11 is turned on, the power control circuit 12 stops the power supply for predetermined AC power sockets and simultaneously interrupts a solenoid valve fitted to a city gas supply or a propane gas supply or the like.
