This intra-building guidance system for guiding a building 100 where the exhibits A, B and C are exhibited along a route to the visitor is provided with detection parts SA, SB, SC and SN for detecting the visitor, a control part for outputting control signals by detection signals from the detection parts and a message output part for outputting a guidance message by the inputted control signals. Then, the detection parts of the visitor are provided with the detection parts disposed for the respective exhibits and the detection parts disposed inside the building where the exhibits are not present. The message output part broadcasts the guidance message regarding the exhibit from a speaker 20 by the detection signals from the detection parts disposed for the respective exhibits and broadcasts a message for guiding the visitor that it is out of the route from the speaker 30 by the detection signals from the detection parts disposed inside the building where the exhibits are not present.
