To appropriately transmit the driving power of a movable part to a diaphragm even when the diaphragm is displaced.
Between the diaphragm 2 and the coil bobbin 51 of the movable part 5 of a driving mechanism 3, a vibration transmission mechanism 8 for freely tiltably connecting both to each other is interposed and the vibration transmission mechanism 8 follows the unrequired displacement of the diaphragm 2. Thus, the displacement of the diaphragm is surely absorbed without adversely affecting the driving mechanism. Thus, even when the diaphragm 2 is displaced, since the displacement of the diaphragm is absorbed, the displacement of the diaphragm 2 is not exerted to the coil bobbin 51 and the movement of the coil bobbin 51 is appropriately transmitted to the diaphragm regardless of the difference of the thermal expansion coefficients or the like of a vibration system and a fixed system and a cumulative allowance on component assembly, etc. As a result, sound reproduction faithful to sound signals is made possible.
