Abstract:

To provide an inverter device and a service interruption processing method wherein it is possible to prevent burnout in a resistor in a rush current prevention circuit, to obviate necessity for the contact signals of an electromagnetic contactor of a converter input unit for service interruption detection, and to continue operation during service interruption.

The service interruption processing unit (21) of an inverter controller includes: a service interruption control unit A (22) that, when a contactor open signal is detected, zeroes the electric operation-side limit value of a torque limiting unit to reduce a speed command at a constant deceleration ratio; a supply voltage setting unit (24) for setting a supply voltage; a first service interruption voltage value generation unit (25) that generates a first service interruption voltage value from the supply voltage; and a service interruption control unit B (27) that, when a direct-current voltage signal becomes equal to or lower than the first service interruption voltage value, zeroes the electric operation-side limit value of the torque limiting unit, adjusts the deceleration ratio so that the magnitude of the direct-current voltage value is kept at a predetermined value, and reduces the speed command.
