PURPOSE: To provide a turning-over device so designed that a pair of holding elements are revolvably pivoted between two conveying mechanism arranged in parallel with each other and the holding elements are then turned over in such a state as to hold a set of soil-packed pots covered with a raising seedling box with the pair of holding elements to easily accomplish turning over both the set of pots and the box in a light work.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of holding elements 10, 11 are revolvably pivoted between conveying mechanism 6, 8 arranged in parallel with each other. A set of soil- packed pots 5 covered with a raising seedling box 7 are held with the pair of holding elements followed by turning over the pair of holding elements, thus accomplishing inverting both the set of pots and the box.
