Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a safety ironing device to smooth out clothes, capable of improving smoothing effect by sucking steam jetted from an iron body with a fan.
CONSTITUTION: An ironing board 1 of approximately oblong-shape with a mat of air-permeability on the top is provided with a stand 5 for an iron body 4 on a shorter side thereof. Also, an air outlet is provided on the peripheral side that is the front of the iron body 4 when placed on the stand 5, and air is exhausted to the opposite side of a user who is at the back of the iron body.
