To freely rotate an ironing table seat at the time of an ironing work by erecting a support post on the approximate center of an installation part, rotatably supporting a rotary shaft on the support post, and fixing the ironing table seat to the upper end of the rotary shaft.
A pipe 6 is bent annularly, and a band plate 7 is welded to the pipe 6 along the radial direction thereof, thereby forming an installation part 2. Also, a support post 3 made of a cylinder 8 is erected on the intermediate part of the band plate 7. Furthermore, a rotary shaft 4 held on the support post 3 is formed out of a sleeve 9 having an outer diameter suitable for being internally coupled to the support post 3, and a square mounting plate 10 is fixed to the upper end of the sleeve 9. An ironing table seat 5 is formed out of a disc type board 12, a cushion material 14 laid thereon, and a heat resisting cloth 15 for covering the board 12 and the material 14, and fixed to a plate 10 with screws 16. According to this construction, the ironing table seat 5 can be rotated around the rotary shaft 4 thereby allowing an ironer to undertake an ironing work along a direction favorite for the ironer at all times.
