Abstract:
To provide a jig for parallelism confirmation that enables inclinations of a pair of rolls to be easily adjusted so that shaft centers of the rolls are parallel to each other, and a parallelism adjustment method using the jig.SOLUTION: A jig 100 for parallelism confirmation, which is used to adjust inclinations of a pair of rolls of a first roll 3a and a second roll 3b so that respective shaft centers R of the rolls are parallel to each other, between the rolls, comprises: a light beam emitting device 1 having an emitting part that emits a light beam and an aperture plate 12 including an aperture through which a light beam emitted by the emitting part passes; and a light beam reflecting unit having a reflecting part including a flat reflecting plane that reflects the light beam emitted by the emitting part. The light beam emitting device is arranged on the first roll so that the light beam emitted by the emitting part is perpendicular to a direction of the shaft center of the first roll, and the light beam reflecting unit is arranged on the second roll so that the reflecting plane of the reflecting part is parallel to the shaft center of the second roll.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
