A job attribute of a job, generated by a job-generating unit, is stored in a job attribute storage means, an associated job-deciding unit judges, based on the job attribute, whether a job to be transmitted to a combined machine is an associated job; and if the job is decided as being an associated job, display control and charge processing corresponding to the job are permitted; but if it is decided that the job is not an associated job, display control and charge processing corresponding to the job are inhibited.
