Abstract:
To find a joining method for firmly joining 2-base materials at a fitting part by using inexpensive raw materials and simple processing, regardless of the combination of the materials of the base materials and the combination of size and shape of the base materials, even if being the combination of the 2-base materials having greatly different physical property.SOLUTION: A fitting part for fitting in both of 2-base materials comprising different materials by gap fit or intermediate fit is formed. Further, the fitting part of the 2-base materials is covered by the collection of fine particles of the ferromagnetism metal. After this, the pressing base material is pressed to the pressed material until the repulsive force from the pressing base materials increases rapidly. Accordingly, the fine particles of the ferromagnetism metal get into the recess of the surface of both fitting parts, and fill up the gap of the fitting part, and thereby the fitting parts are joined together through the collection of fine particles of the ferromagnetism metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
