An annular groove 15 of predetermined depth is formed to a straight tip outer peripheral surface 5 of a female joint 6, and the annular spring seat 16 (member after plastic deformation) which is formed by plastic deformation of a washer supporting one end of a spring 7 arranged inside a sleeve 8 is engaged to the annular groove 15. The spring seat 16 is previously processed into the annular body 16a (before plastic deformation) of truncated cone shape by a metal member such as iron. The truncated cone shape annular body 16a is formed such that, before plastic deformation, an inner diameter D1 is larger than an outer diameter D2 of the annular groove 15, and after plastic deformation into a flat plate shape, namely, after processed into the spring seat 16, the inner diameter D1 is smaller than the outer diameter D2 of the annular groove 15.
