Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method ensuring expected bond strength to be attained.
SOLUTION: This method comprises the following practice: the respective forefront faces of two core rubbers 11a, 11b at the corresponding joint ends are subjected to mutual face bonding with an adhesive, a braid cover 12b at one joint end is covered on the outside of a braid cover 12a at the other joint end, the superposition range for both the covers is then pressurized under rotation, thereby, within the superposition range, a majority of the fibers of the braid cover on one side are substantially cylindrically bonded to the fibers on the outside portion of the braid cover on the other side, and part of the fibers of the braid cover on one side is forced among the fibers of the braid cover on the other side from the outer circumferential side into the center to form an anchor.
