Abstract:

To provide a new compound effective in preventing and/or treating neurodegenerative diseases related to apoptosis and/or inflammation.

The new compound is represented by the formula(I)( wherein, R1is an optionally substituted carbocyclic or heterocyclic group; R2is an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group or optionally substituted 6-membered carbocyclic group; E is H, a halogen atom, cyano, a 1-6C alkoxy or 1-6C alkyl; G is H, a halogen atom, cyano, a 1-6C alkoxy or 1-6C alkyl; and L is H, a halogen atom, cyano, a 1-6C alkoxy or 1-6C alkyl ).
