Abstract:

To provide a kit and method for directly and specifically detecting a double strand of a PCR amplification product.

The invention relates to the kit for detecting target nucleic acid in a sample wherein the target nucleic acid is a gene of Legionella species, comprising a pair of primers set designed to amplify a zinc finger protein recognizing sequence present in the gene by a PCR reaction.
