Abstract:

To provide an effective method for preparation of substituted aryl lactic acid containing cyclodepsipeptides.

The invention relates to the new method for the preparation of substituted aryl lactic acid containing cyclodepsipeptides with 24 ring atoms, comprising addition of 4-nitrophnyl lactate to a main culture liquid of Mycelia sterilia, a fungal strain of the Agonomycetales class under an asceptic condition, continuing fermentation and extracting and purifying the culture, or adding substrates such as leucine, lactic acid, ATP, S-adenosyl-L-methionine, 4-nitrophenyl lactate, etc., to the enzymatic preparation isolated from the fungal strain to carry out an in vitro reaction.
