Title:
Label exfoliation machine
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6161403
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in peeling a label off from a bottle.SOLUTION: In a label peeling machine 10, a peeling roll 56 and a carriage blades 62 are rotated at a peeling portion 38 so that a compressed bottle is carried between a peeling tube 40 and the peeling roll 56 by the carriage blade 62; and a label is peeled off from the compressed bottle by hooking of the peeling tube 40 to a liner blade 44B, a peeling pin 46 and the carriage blades 62 and by friction force between the peeling roll 56 or the peeling tube 40 and the compressed bottle. Here, the distance between the pair of carriage blades 62 adjacently provided in an axial direction of the peeling roll 56 is set to be equal to a distance in an axial direction of general bottles or more. This allows friction force between the compressed bottle and the outer peripheral surface 56A of the peeling roll 56 to increase between the pair of carriage blades 62 and allows the label to be effectively pulled by friction force between the outer peripheral surface 56A of the peeling roll 56 and the compressed bottle so as to improve efficiency in peeling the label from the compressed bottle.
