The label with the peeling detection function 10 includes a transparent or translucent base material 11; a transparent or translucent joining layer 12 provided on one surface of the base material; and an information ink layer 13 for detecting peeling, provided on a side opposite from the base material 11 of the jointing layer 12 and in a position where at least a part of the information ink layer 13 for detecting peeling is in contact with the circumference of the base material 11, when viewed from the normal direction of the base material 11. The information ink layer is formed by a soluble ink, or the like.
